Costing process
To start the costing process of a project of any nature, the client must first complete and submit electronically a form (select “Free Quote Form”) with the required information (name, type of work, academic level, number of pages, number of bibliographic references, language of writing, any special work requirements, delivery deadline, attach files related to the work being carried out and indicate his/her email address. At this point, it should be emphasised that due to the nature of the services provided, the cost cannot reasonably be determined in advance. However, the entry of the above information in the above costing form aims to calculate the cost of the project, which is calculated based on the type of work, the extent and language of the required bibliography, the number of pages of the final project, the time available until the project is delivered and any other project specifics. For this reason, the information that the client will enter at this stage and submit to Masterpen cannot be modified by the client. If, for any reason, during the implementation of the project, the client decides to modify the information that he initially submitted to Masterpen, the project to be delivered will be re-costed according to the new data. After successfully submitting the above form (selecting “Free Quote Form”), the project details are now visible in the system and are reviewed by the writers. The client is also advised to delete all personal information included in the files related to the work that he may have attached when submitting his request through the form (selecting “Free Quote Form”), as Masterpen associates now have access to it.
After the specialised associates of Masterpen review the information that the client will submit on the Masterpen platform, they will begin to send offers to the email address of MasterPen, which in turn will send him the best possible offers from the most suitable writers based on the requirements of his work.
After submitting the request for a free quote, our writers will send their offers to the Masterpen platform, which you will receive at your email address. You will then be able to select a writer according to their offer and their profile.
It is noted that the completion and submission of the ‘’Free Quote’’ form aims to express interest on the part of the client to receive an offer for the project he wishes to implement in the context of market research and in no way binds the client to start a collaboration with MasterPen. Only if the client requests that the project be assigned to the company for implementation, MasterPen will ask him to pay an advance payment to start the preparation of the project.
Client and Writer Responsibilities
The order is placed by completing the free quote form provided on the Website and in no other way.
The free quote form must include all necessary information, such as the type of work, the subject and the deadline. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided in the free quote form is accurate, complete and final. It is important that the client carefully completes all fields in the free quote form. It is his responsibility to ensure that the information provided in the free quote form is presented in a format that allows the Freelance Writer to provide him with the correct result.
Please note that once the writer has started working on the order with the agreed specifications, no further additional instructions will be taken into account by the writer. If additional instructions are given or changes to the original instructions are requested, an additional charge will be made by the writer to the client. Any failure or delay in providing the required information by the client will result in a delay in the completion of the project. In such a case, the writer, as well as Masterpen.gr, shall not be held liable.
The writer is also prohibited from changing his offer after it has been accepted by the client. This offer is final and irrevocable. It is his responsibility to study and correctly evaluate the requirements of each order and not the company or the client.
If the Client requires the use of specific resources and information that require payment for the successful completion of the project, the Client must provide these resources (electronic or otherwise), and the cost must be borne by the Client and not the writer or the company. If specific resources are not requested by the client, the writer is responsible for finding them, provided that they are scientific, valid and verifiable and are not detected by artificial intelligence detection tools.
Modifying order details
We reserve the right to verify the details of an order after payment to ensure that the customer’s requirements are met. If any discrepancies are identified, we reserve the right to modify the order to meet the customer’s specifications.
Client cooperation process
Once the customer selects a writer and deposits the specified deposit, the selected writer is notified, and the project begins. The development of the project begins upon confirmation of the deposit. Once the project is fully completed, the customer is asked to repay the cost of this, so that the project is delivered to them at the specified time. The customer receives the project via email.
MasterPen reserves the right to terminate the project development agreement at any time for any reason of force majeure or good reason. In this case, i.e. termination of the project development agreement through no fault of the client, MasterPen undertakes to refund to the client the total amount of money that he has paid up to that time and it is expressly agreed that in this way any general claim of the client is satisfied and MasterPen is fully released from any obligation arising from the development of the project.
If, within thirty (30) days from the day following the delivery of the project to the client, it is deemed necessary to revise parts of it, Masterpen undertakes to proceed through its specialised associates to three (3) free corrections, according to the revision policy applied.
It is expressly clarified that in the event of a delay in the payment of any instalment, Masterpen reserves the right to a corresponding extension of the agreed delivery time. If the client wishes to pay the total amount of the project in more than two (2) instalments, he may inform Masterpen accordingly, so that the number, amount and time of payment of the instalments can be jointly agreed. Also, if requested by the client, the project can be sent printed or recorded on any digital medium to an address indicated by the client. In this case, the client will be charged with the corresponding printing or consumable materials and shipping costs, of which he will be informed and which must be paid with the last instalment.
Communication between the client and the writer
Communication must be carried out in polite language, and no inappropriate behaviour is acceptable for either party. If the company receives verbal attacks (insults, threats, etc.), it has the right to terminate cooperation with the client.
If the client constantly annoys the writer with abusive behaviour or repeats the same messages and discourages or distracts them, the company intervenes to bring the client into compliance or terminates cooperation.
Delivery of material by the client
In case the client requires the use of specific bibliography or data and information that requires payment for access, the client must provide these resources (electronic and otherwise), and the cost must be borne by the client and not the writer or the company.
If specific resources are not requested by the client, the writer is responsible for finding them, provided that they are scientific, valid and verifiable and are not detected by artificial intelligence detection tools.
If the Client has not provided material within the deadline, additional payment and/or time will be required to complete the order. The Company is not responsible if the Order instructions have changed or are incorrect from the beginning. If the Client adds additional material after the work has been delivered, all funds may be released to the creator if the original instructions have been followed.
Order Delivery
We strive to deliver orders promptly and according to the specifications outlined in the agreement between the client and the writer. However, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that delivery channels, such as the email addresses provided, are valid and correct. We are not responsible for any delay or problem caused by the client’s error or omission to provide the correct information, spam filters, internet outages or other issues affecting delivery. Customers should contact our support team immediately in case of any issues with the receipt of their order.
The Customer is obliged to collect the delivered product promptly once it becomes available and to inspect it. Failure to access or confirm delivery within the stipulated time may result in the order being marked as completed.
The Customer is responsible for the timely collection of the product after delivery.
All orders are delivered via email. Once the order is completed, the Customer will receive a notification via email.
Customers should carefully review each draft they receive during the progressive delivery of the order and provide feedback before the writer completes the work.
Once the writer receives the full agreed-upon amount, the work is considered completed.
If the Customer has any complaints regarding the quality or lack of timely execution of the work delivered, refund and/or dispute resolution may be addressed by our refund policy.
By using our Website and Services, you agree to be bound by this Delivery Policy and to take all reasonable steps to facilitate an efficient and successful delivery process.
Progress Tracking
The Customer can track the progress of their orders through partial deliveries. They can also contact Masterpen support via any of the available communication channels to receive updates on the status of their order. By placing an order on the Website, the Customer acknowledges that it may take a few hours to receive a response from the Writer.
If the Customer continuously annoys the Writer with abusive behaviour or repeats the same messages and discourages or distracts him, the Writer has the right not to respond, so that he can adhere to the established schedule of partial and final deliveries.
When ordering our Services, you must not send the Editors any content that may be considered unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, tortious, defamatory, libellous, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, slanderous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful or racist, or sexually or racially offensive.
Review / Refund Policy
At Masterpen, we work for the complete satisfaction of our customers by providing them with the best experience. However, sometimes revisions are required to complete the work according to the customer’s requirements.
Revision Requests: Revisions can be requested free of charge if the work delivered does not meet the specified requirements or if the work contains a significant number of errors. However, it is important to note that we reserve the right to reject revision requests in case the revision instructions differ from the original order instructions. In this case, you will be asked to place a separate order for processing or pay additional costs for the revision. Revisions can be requested directly with the writer through the platform. The client should clearly state the changes that need to be made in such a way that will help the review process function smoothly.
Scope of revisions: Revisions are made to correct errors, cover the original instructions, or improve the content. Revisions are not free when they deviate from the client’s original instructions.
Revision time frame: Revisions requested within 30 days of the order submission date are free. Revisions or changes requested after the 30 period will be subject to an additional fee, determined by the level of difficulty of the revision. Customers are encouraged to review drafts received from writers during the progressive delivery and submit their comments promptly to receive the revised order.
Revision Limitations: We reserve the right to reject or limit multiple revision requests if the customer’s behaviour indicates obvious exploitation of the writer or the revision requests are deemed excessive and unreasonable. In cases where revision requests are deemed unreasonable, we may place limits on the number of revisions or impose additional fees.
Final Approval: Upon completion of the reviews, if the customer does not provide comments within the agreed time frame, the order will be considered complete.
Refund Policy
At Masterpen, we are committed to the safety and satisfaction of all our customers. Our Refund Policy provides a clear framework within which concerns are addressed and issues resolved, reflecting our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.
Refunds can be requested at any stage of the ordering process, provided that the request is made by the terms stated below. Each refund request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness for both the customer and the writer.
In case of late submission of the order by the agreed date, a refund will be made. If corrections to the final work are requested after this date, the customer is NOT entitled to a refund, as the final draft has been delivered by the agreed date.

Users are expected to use Masterpen by all relevant laws and regulations. It is the writer’s responsibility to ensure that the work produced meets all academic, professional and legal standards to avoid any disputes or litigation cases.
If the student takes legal action, the writer will be the defendant. The writer, as the creator of the work, accepts full responsibility for any legal actions of the client in case of dissatisfaction, alleged plagiarism or any other issue arising regarding the content delivered. The writer confirms and accepts that he is fully responsible for the quality, originality and compliance with the client’s instructions.
Masterpen is not a party to the contracts concluded between clients and writers. In this way, the platform will not be liable for claims, damages or disputes arising from services provided by writers. All legal disputes will be referred to the writer involved in the order.
In the event of any dispute, Masterpen can provide information such as order details, contact records and other relevant information to assist in the amicable resolution of the dispute. However, the platform does not represent or act on behalf of any party in such proceedings.
Our clients will not hold the company liable for any action or other academic consequences suffered as a result of the misuse of our services. Our services provided are auxiliary and in no way substitute for your role as the writer of the work, and we accept no liability regarding the performance of the grade or your failure.
We will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, exemplary, incidental, special or consequential damages arising during and after the termination of the written contract, including loss of status, loss of degree or college fees, if such unforeseen circumstances arise. This applies equally regardless of whether the liability is actual or perceived and whether either party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Writer Responsibility
Writers are very important in ensuring that our platform maintains its quality and reputation.
Writers are committed to:
Proof of originality and authenticity: It is their responsibility to demonstrate to the client that their work is free of plagiarism and that they have not used artificial intelligence tools. Plagiarism and AI Reports are considered evidence. References from reliable programs are accepted, not from free programs that are unreliable and not accepted by the academic community.
Original work: The work delivered by the writers must be original, without plagiarism and the use of AI tools.
Progressive Delivery: They must deliver the orders in parts to the client (2 – 4-part deliveries) and accept requests for corrections until the result meets their expectations.
Deadline compliance: Writers must strictly adhere to the delivery schedule set for each project, making the necessary modifications or corrections if required.
Compliance with instructions: Writers must follow the client’s instructions and not deviate from what has been agreed upon, as they are solely responsible for producing authentic content without plagiarism and the use of AI tools, paraphrasing and writing aids.
Requesting clarifications: They must ask clients to provide them with any clarifications/information/instructions in case they realise that the result will not be up to par with the information provided from the beginning, as they are solely responsible for resolving any problem that arises during the preparation of the project with the client.
Informing about any deviations: Inform the client of any deviations from what has been agreed upon, and in case the client persistently requests that his subsequent request to negotiate the price and delivery time be fulfilled.
Finding a replacement: Inform the company in case of an insurmountable obstacle in the preparation and execution of an order they have undertaken, so that a replacement can be found.
Customer experience: They must make efforts to provide the best possible customer experience and obtain the best possible rating from them.
Order review: Writers are solely responsible to the clients and the company in case of unsuccessful results due to failure to comply with the client’s original instructions and academic standards. The review must be completed within the agreed timeframe and according to the review policy.
Use of valid sources: They must seek information from valid and reliable primary and secondary sources for the preparation of the project.
Mandatory bibliography: They must use the bibliography indicated by the client in addition to any other relevant.
Adaptation of style and approach: They must not use the same bibliography and the same approach (verbal and stylistic) in case of undertaking a project similar or identical to a project already prepared for another client.
Alignment with the rules of writing: When writing, the rules of writing scientific papers and the guides provided by the clients must be followed closely, while Wikipedia cannot be used as a bibliographic source – bibliography, as well as sources of dubious validity and reliability of the writer or sources without a writer.
Professional Communication: The writer must communicate with clients and the company professionally.
Quality Assurance: Writers are expected to deliver high-quality works that meet academic standards. They must provide clients with work that is complete and of good quality.
Liability: In the event of disputes or appeals under this mandate, writers are responsible for the work they produced.
