Costing process

In order to start the costing process of a project of any nature, the client must first complete and submit electronically a form (select “Free Quote Form”) with the required information (name, type of work, academic level, number of pages, number of bibliographic references, language of writing, any special work requirements, delivery deadline, attach files related to the work being carried out and indicate his/her email address. At this point, it should be emphasized that due to the nature of the services provided, the cost cannot reasonably be determined in advance. However, the entry of the above information in the above costing form aims to calculate the cost of the project, which is calculated based on the type of work, the extent and language of the required bibliography, the number of pages of the final project, the time available until the project is delivered and any other project specifics. For this reason, the information that the client will enter at this stage and submit to Masterpen cannot be modified by the client. In the event that for any reason during the implementation of the project the client decides to modify the information that he initially submitted to Masterpen, the project to be delivered will be re-costed according to the new data. After successfully submitting the above form (selecting “Free Quote Form”), the project details are now visible in the system and are reviewed by the authors. The client is also advised to delete all personal information included in the files related to the work that he may have attached when submitting his request through the form (selecting “Free Quote Form”) as Masterpen.gr associates now have access to them.

After the specialized associates of Masterpen.gr review the information that the client will submit on the Masterpen.gr platform, they will begin to send offers to the email address of MasterPen.gr which in turn will send him the best possible offers from the most suitable writers based on the requirements of his work.

After submitting the request for a free quote, our writers will send their offers to the Masterpen.gr platform which you will receive at your email address. Then, you will be able to choose a writer according to his offer and his profile.

It is noted that the completion and submission of the ‘’Free Quote’’ form aims to express interest on the part of the client to receive an offer for the project he wishes to implement in the context of market research and in no way binds the client to start a collaboration with MasterPen.gr. Only if the client requests that the project be assigned to the company for implementation, MasterPen.gr will ask him to pay an advance payment to start the preparation of the project.

Client and Writer Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided in the Free Quote Form is accurate, complete and definitive. It is important that the client carefully completes all fields in the free quote form. It is their responsibility to ensure that the information provided in the Free Quote Form is presented in a format that allows the Free Writer to provide them with the correct result. It is noted that once the project has started with the given instructions, no additional instructions will be taken into account or if changes are requested that affect the urgency, complexity or volume, in which case the writer has the right to modify his initial quote and there will be an additional charge. Any failure or delay in providing the required information by the client will result in a delay in the completion of the project. In such a situation, the company, shall not be liable.

Neither can the writer change his quote after submitting it to the client. It is his responsibility to responsibly study the requirements of each order and not the company or the client, in case he submits a request to increase his offer after acceptance by the client, this offer is final and irrevocable. In case changes to the order details affect the volume of work, the complexity of the order or limit the terms of completion, the client will have to provide additional compensation.

Customer cooperation process

Once the customer selects a writer and deposits the specified deposit, the selected writer is notified and the project begins. The development of the project begins upon confirmation of the deposit. Once the project is fully completed, the customer is asked to repay the cost of this, so that the project is delivered to him at the specified time. The customer receives the project via email.

MasterPen.gr reserves the right to terminate the project development agreement at any time for any reason of force majeure or for a good reason. In this case, i.e. termination of the project development agreement through no fault of the client, MasterPen.gr undertakes to refund to the client the total amount of money that he has paid up to that time and it is expressly agreed that in this way any general claim of the client is satisfied and MasterPen.gr is fully released from any obligation arising from the development of the project.

If, within thirty (30) days from the day following the delivery of the project to the client, it is deemed necessary to revise parts of it, Masterpen.gr undertakes to proceed through its specialized associates to three (3) free revisions, in accordance with the revision policy applied.

It is expressly clarified that in the event of a delay in the payment of any installment, Masterpen.gr reserves the right to a corresponding extension of the agreed delivery time. If the client wishes to pay the total amount of the project in more than two (2) installments, he may inform Masterpen.gr accordingly, so that the number, amount and time of payment of the installments can be jointly agreed. Also, if requested by the client, the project can be sent printed or recorded on any digital medium to an address indicated by the client. In this case, the client will be charged with the corresponding printing or consumable materials and shipping costs, of which he will be informed and which must be paid with the last installment.

Communication between client and writer

Communication must be carried out in polite language and no inappropriate behavior is acceptable for either party. In the event that the company receives verbal attacks (insults, threats, etc.), it has the right to terminate cooperation with the client.

If the client constantly annoys the writer with abusive behavior or repeats the same messages and discourages or distracts him, the company intervenes to bring the client to compliance or terminates cooperation.

It is prohibited to send content that may be considered illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, slanderous, infringing, disrespectful, offensive, harmful.

Delivery of material by the client

In case the client requires the use of specific bibliography or data and information that requires payment for access, the client must provide these resources (electronic and otherwise) and the cost must be borne by the client and not the author or the company.

If specific resources are not requested by the client, the author is responsible for finding them, provided that they are scientific, valid and verifiable and are not detected by artificial intelligence detection tools.

For orders that expire within 12-24 hours, the Client must provide the material within 30 minutes of placing the order.

For orders 24-72 hours, within 1 hour.

For orders that expire 72 + hours, within 2 hours.

If the Client has not provided material within the deadline, additional payment and/or time will be required to complete the order. The Company is not responsible if the Order instructions have changed or are incorrect from the beginning. If the Client adds additional material after the work has been delivered, all funds may be released to the creator, if the original instructions have been followed.

Order Delivery

We are not responsible for any delay or problem caused by customer error or omission in customer information, spam filters, internet outages or other issues affecting delivery. Customers should contact our support team immediately in case of any problem with receiving their order.

Writers will deliver the work in 2 – 4 parts. We encourage you to read each draft and provide feedback before the writer settles on the final version.

The customer is obliged to download the delivered product in a timely manner once it becomes available and to review it. Failure to access or confirm delivery within the stipulated time may result in the order being marked as completed.

The customer is responsible for timely receipt of the product after it is delivered.

Once the writer receives the full agreed amount, the work is considered completed. Thirty days after the deadline, if no revision is requested, the funds will be automatically released to the author’s account.
